Your commercial license must be current up to the end of February 2026 at the earliest to be able to use this release. You WILL need to uninstall any previous versions of Concise Beam before installing this latest release.

Version 4.70 is a major release which includes the following changes:

• Added support for CSA A23.3-24.
• Added support for CSA S6-25.
• Added support for ACI 318-25.
• Added support for ACI 319-25 as an calculation option (G2) when using ACI 318-25. This calculation option will continue to use the recommendations in the PCI Standard Design Practice document for earlier releases of ACI 318.
• Added batch analysis facility to generate Summary Reports.
• Added a calculation option, S14, to control the inclusion of a clamping force due to dead load for interface shear.
• Updated the reinforcing development length report.
• A new file format has been created for the problem files to accommodate additional data used by the program. It still uses the *.con extension but cannot be read by versions of Concise Beam prior to version 4.70. Version 4.70 will read files created by Concise Beam version 2.x, 3.x, and all prior versions of Concise Beam 4.x. Files will now be saved in the new file format.

Version 4.67a is a maintenance release which includes the following changes:

• Adjusted the torsion calculations for non-typical cross-sections.
